This A2-S course, we will drive around the center of Tokyo.Speed past Tokyo’s most iconic districts in an exhilarating ride! 予約の変更やキャンセルはできますか？ / Can reservations be changed or cancelled?

ご予約の変更は、その時点での空席状況により可能です。ドライバーの人数や日時、コースの変更も可能です。
ただし、6日前（日本時間）以降の変更・キャンセルは、キャンセルポリシーが適用されます。

Yes, changes to your reservation can be made based on availability at the time of your request. You are able to make changes to your reservation such as the number of drivers or date/time, or even the course.
However, if you wish to make changes or cancel your booking within 6 days prior (Japan Standard Time) to your activity date, our Cancellation Policy will apply.

保険はありますか？ / Do you have insurance?

加入が義務付けられている自賠責保険の他にレンタカー業者と同等の任意保険に加入しております。但し、乱暴な運転や事故などでカートに傷などの損害が発生した場合には、免責額をお支払いいただきます。
免責金額は1台につき50,000円です。ツアー終了後に請求させていただきます。

標準保険プランの内容は以下の通りです。
・対人賠償（運転者以外:80万円
・対物賠償:200万円
・運転者傷害:500万円
・免責額:50,000 円/台

そのため、ご予約の際に追加料金をお支払いいただくことで、フルカバーされる保険にご加入できますので、ご予約の際に加入することをお勧めしております。

フルカバー保険プランの内容は以下の通りです。
・対人賠償（運転者以外:無制限
・対物賠償:無制限
・カート損害：無制限
・運転者傷害:最高3,000万円

Yes. Our standard insurance plan with basic coverage is indeed included in the tour fee, but you will have to pay a deductible if there are any kart damages due to bumping, scratching, rough driving or accidents. The deductible of 50,000 JPY/vehicle will be billed right after the tour.

The standard insurance plan covers:
・odily Injury (other than driver) : Limited to 80,000,000 JPY
・Property Damage : Limited to 20,000,000 JPY
・Driver Injury: Limited to 5,000,000 JPY

Therefore, we highly recommend our valuable customers choosing the full coverage insurance plan when making the reservation online or at the shop with an additional fee.

The full coverage insurance plan covers:
・Bodily Injury (other than driver) : Unlimited
・Property Damage : Unlimited
・Kart Damage : Unlimited
・Driver Injury: up to 30,000,000 JPY

注意事項

ハイヒール、雪駄、ロングスカートなど運転に支障がある服装はご遠慮ください。 (Please beware We advise all customers to show up with proper attire(no heels, no sandals, or long skirt.))

各店舗ではそれぞれがオリジナルのコースを提供しています。違うコースも試してみたくなったら、他の店舗も試してみてはいかがでしょう。 (Each store offers its own original course. If you want to try a different course, why not try another store?)

アクティビティの流れ (Activity flow)

予約時間の15分前にはお店に到着するようにしてください。*基本的には天気に寄らずツアーを行いますが、詳しくはお店にお問い合わせください。
(Please arrive at the shop 15 minutes before your reservation time. *We basically conduct tours regardless of weather, but please contact the shop for details.)
到着したら、レジ係に予約時間と名前を伝えてください。予約の確認後、日本を運転できる運転免許証と身分証（パスポートなど）を確認いたします。
(Upon arrival, please tell the cashier your reservation time and name. After confirming your reservation, we will check your driving license valid in Japan and your ID (passport, etc.).)
予約に従ったリストバンドをお渡しします。リストバンドを受け取った後に、参加申込書に記入をお願いします。
(We will give you a wristband according to your reservation. After receiving the wristband, please fill out the participation application form.)
身分証と運転免許証以外の全ての物をロッカーに入れてください。お好きな衣装に着替えることができます。
(Please put all items except your ID and driver's license in the locker. You can change into your favorite costume.)
ツアーの準備ができましたら、ガイドがカートの運転方法と安全上の注意についてご説明します。

Start near the Imperial Palace, navigate through Harajuku’s trendy spots, and immerse yourself in the lively Shibuya Crossing.
